New message from Protobot

Hey everyone.. I was on clubpenguin when my EPF spy phone started flashing

I looked at the message only to find out it was from Protobot

It says "Attention EPF. As of now, I am jamming all communication frequencies . Without it, your destruction is assured."
What do you think it means? Protobot is working for us? Or another System Defender level
